Refund Policy

We will accept returns on any resalable stock items. Simply call 800.451.5739 or email service@hockertsales.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and send the item back to us using the address listed below.

Products manufactureredby Core Products are satisfaction guaranteed for 90-days, meaning you may return any item within 90-days for replacement or refund - whatever the reason.* Therapeutica pillows and Jeanie Rub massagers are excluded. 

Certain non-stock items may also be returned with a 10% restocking fee.

Unopened nutritional supplements may be returned within 30 days. Call 800.451.5739 for dtails on non-stock nutritional supplement returns.

If your order is missing product or is damaged during shipping please contact us at 800.451.5739 or email service@hockertsales.com within 7 days and we'll replace it. Please keep all packing material on damaged shipments as the carrier may need to inspect it.

Shipping Policy

Most orders placed by 3pm CST ship the same day. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Carriers that may be used are: UPS, FedEx or Spee-Dee Delivery. 

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification myst be received prior to processing.

• UPS, Spee-Dee Delivery and FedEx deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
