This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

All prices on our site and in our catalogs/flyers are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability.

Hockert Sales Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards; as well as PayPal, ACH and Net 30 terms, with prior approval by Hockert Sales Inc. Customer will be billed by Hockert Sales Inc.

Backordered items will be shipped separately, and without additional freight charges when shipped via ground shipping within the United States. Exclusions apply for large or heavy shipments.

Special order items require longer lead times and are billed when they ship. Special order item sales may be final or subject to re-stocking fees.

Hockert Sales Inc collects sales tax as required by law. Sales tax exemptions certificates are required in many areas. Orders will not be processed without required exemption certificates.

All shipments should be inspected for any damage or shortages and, if found, reported within 7 days. Orders are shipped ground, via Spee-Dee Delivery, UPS, FedEx or USPS. Surcharges may apply for larger, heavier orders and rural/residential areas.

Return merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition. Non-stock items can be returned less the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. Nutritional supplements must be returned within 30 days and must be sealed/unopened.

Hockert Sales Inc reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
