Therapeutic Benefits

The ingredients of Mental Energizer are Yellow Lemon, Lime, Peppermint and Ginger essential oils.

Distilled Lime has a sweet, candy-like aroma and offers a calming effect to the blend, while simultaneously creating alertness and reducing mental fatigue or apathy.

Yellow Lemon is known as an antidepressant, and it gives energy while stimulating mental clarity and concentration.

Although Peppermint is a completely different type of scent than Yellow Lemon, it has something in common with Lemon; they both stimulate the same area of the brain, the central hippocampus, and they both help with memory loss and lapses.

Ginger is also energizing to the brain, stimulating memory and mental clarity.

This blend is truly spectacular, and both students and professionals swear that it gives them the edge they need to excel. You can feel the effects instantly simply by applying it diluted to the temple area that surrounds the brain. How to Use

Mental clarity and focus: Dilute in vegetable oil to 2 -3% and rub into the temples.

Lack of assertiveness, lethargy: Inhalation through diffuser or Topical Application on whole frontal line, 2 - 3% in any carrier oil. (The frontal line runs from the heart area upwards and downwards. It extends from the front of the neck to the pubic bone, parallel to the spine.)

Nervous fatigue: Diffusion or Topical Application on heart/chest area and forehead, 2 - 3% in any carrier oil.
