When will I receive my order?

Most orders placed by 3 pm CST ship the same day. Many locations in the Upper Midwest receive orders the next business days. Please allow extra time for special order items. Orders ship via Spee-Dee Delivery, UPS, USPS or FedEx.

How much will I be charged for shipping & handling?

Most orders are charged $9.99 for shipping. Additional charges may apply for larger, heavier orders and UPS/FedEx rural/residential destinations. *Certain exclusions apply, please call 800-451-5739 for details. Subject to change without notice.

How do you handle backorders?

Backordered items will be noted on the invoice and a backorder slip is included with your initial shipment. Most backorders ship within 7-10 business days. Please call 800-451-5739 for details.

What is the difference between paying by Credit Card or by Credit Card on File?

Orders paid by Credit Card are processed by Auth.Net and are not stored on our site. If you have previously placed an order by phone and paid with a credit card, the information is stored securely with Heartland Payment Systems. To use this credit card to pay online, select Credit Card on File during checkout.
