Refund Policy
- Stock Items: We accept returns on resalable stock items. Please call 1-800-451-5739 or email service@hockertsales.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Core Products: All products manufactured by Core Products are satisfaction guaranteed. You may return these items at any time for replacement or refund.
- Non-Stock Items: Certain non-stock items may be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. An RA number is required.
- Nutritional Supplements: Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days. Please call for specific details regarding non-stock supplement returns.
- Damaged/Missing Items: If an order is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days. Retain all packing materials for carrier inspection.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Items typically ship within two business days of purchase. We utilize Spee-Dee Delivery, USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure the most efficient delivery. Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

- Credit card authorization must be received prior to processing.
- Spee-Dee Delivery, UPS and FedEx deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
