REFUND POLICY

"We will accept returns on any resalable stock items. Simply call 1-800-451-5739 or e-mail us at service@hockertsales.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and mail the item back to us using the address listed below."

"All of our products manufactured by Core Products* are satisfaction guaranteed for 90-days, meaning you may return any item* within 90-days for replacement or refund--whatever the reason."
*Therapeutica pillows and Jeanie Rub massagers are excluded.

"Some non-stock items may also be returned with a 10% restocking fee. Simply call 1-800-451-5739 or e-mail us at service@hockertsales.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and mail the item back to us using the address listed below."

"Nutritional supplements may be returned within 30 days. (Call 1-800-451-5739 for details on non-stock nutritional supplement returns.)"

"If your order is missing product or is damaged during shipping please contact us at 1-800-451-5739 or e-mail service@hockertsales.com within 7 days and we'll replace it. Please keep all packing material used on damaged shipments, as the carrier may need to inspect it."

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Most orders placed before 3pm Central Time ship the same day . We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: UPS, FedEx, or Spee-Dee Delivery. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

○ Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
○ FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery, & UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
○ If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 1-800-451-5739 for charges.
